Cancel Order

On this page, you can easily request the cancellation of an order. After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your request, which includes the date and time it was submitted.

Please note that this email confirmation is not yet a confirmation of the cancellation, but only a record of your request being received. Please also note that email delivery may be delayed for technical reasons, but this will not affect the time stated in the email.

After receiving your request, we will promptly check whether you have a legal right to cancel at the date and time specified in the email. If so, we will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps.
